Liaise is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing person-centered support. You will ensure compliance with policies, conduct risk assessments, and foster a positive environment for both staff and those we support. Join us in making a meaningful impact in people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team effectively.
- Review risk assessments and support plans regularly.
- Ensure accurate documentation by support workers.
- Conduct supervisions and spot checks of staff.
- Investigate complaints and safeguarding issues.
- Provide person-centered support to individuals.
- Maintain up-to-date records and quality control.
- Participate in on-call rota as required.
Requirements
- Clear enhanced DBS Record.
- Experience with Social Services and Local Authorities.
- Health & Social Care degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of CQC and current legislation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
- Minimum two years in a similar role.
