Liaise is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing person-centered support. You will ensure compliance with policies, conduct risk assessments, and foster a positive environment for both staff and those we support. Join us in making a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team effectively.
  • Review risk assessments and support plans regularly.
  • Ensure accurate documentation by support workers.
  • Conduct supervisions and spot checks of staff.
  • Investigate complaints and safeguarding issues.
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and quality control.
  • Participate in on-call rota as required.

Requirements

  • Clear enhanced DBS Record.
  • Experience with Social Services and Local Authorities.
  • Health & Social Care degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of CQC and current legislation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
  • Minimum two years in a similar role.
