About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Home Manager, your role will be to supervise and lead a team to deliver excellent standards

of care to residents and their families.

Care will be carried out in accordance with individual care plans, whilst promoting privacy and dignity, enhancing

independence, rehabilitation and personal choice. At times you will be responsible for the overall management of the

home in the absence of the Home Manager, including on call. You will have had a minimum of 2 years in a Senior Nursing
