About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the Manager in the 24-hour, day to day management of the Service including Out of Hours On Call in accordance
with Manor Healthcare’s Policy & Procedures. Assist the Manager with the completion and review of Assessments, Person
Centred Plans and the implementation of Individual Care / Support Plans and associated Risk Assessments. Carry out
investigations relating to the quality of services and use findings to make improvements. Be prepared to work flexibly
to ensure the safe delivery of the service Assist with the recruitment, induction and training of senior and support
