About the Role
New Directions (Rugby) Ltd is a long‑established local charity supporting people throughout their adult life. We provide
high‑quality, person‑centred services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and a range of
additional support requirements. Our services include residential care, supported living, day opportunities and respite.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our growing organisation and play a key role in one of
our Supported Living services in Rugby town centre. The service has an experienced Registered Manager and a dedicated
staff team delivering bespoke support packages tailored to each person’s needs.
