About the Role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join us at our new home based in the vibrant area of Plymouth.
Our New Home is for young people aged 16+ and is home to up to four young people in a supported living setting.
You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and continue the development of a team of
Senior Residential Support Workers who help and support our young people who may have experienced Adverse Childhood
Experiences and trauma, using our trauma-informed practices, which are embedded within our culture.
