About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits a committed Deputy Nurse Manager to join a leading care home in Sudbury, Suffolk. This role involves providing high-quality clinical and pastoral care for residents with complex medical needs, including dementia. You will lead nursing and care teams while ensuring compliance with the latest guidelines and maintaining clinical governance.
Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Home Manager.
- Provide leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
- Oversee delivery of clinical and pastoral care.
- Develop care plans and conduct assessments.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin.
- Previous Deputy Home Manager experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of CQC standards.
- Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities.
- Ability to engage with service users effectively.

Compensation
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £52,500 per annum.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role for 40 hours a week, working day shifts.
