About the Role
As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the daily operations of a leading nursing home, ensuring exceptional care and compliance with CQC standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations in the absence of the Home Manager.
- Ensure service users receive high standards of care.
- Promote growth and independence among residents.
- Engage with service users to understand their needs.
- Maintain excellent relationships with external professionals and families.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager preferred.
- Good knowledge of CQC standards.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to engage with residents.
- Flexibility to cover various roles as needed.

Compensation
