About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in
the day-to-day running of a busy, high-quality Early Years setting. You will play a key role in leading the team,
maintaining high standards of care and education, and ensuring compliance with the EYFS framework. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager in the overall daily operations of the nursery
* Lead, motivate and support staff to deliver high-quality EYFS practice
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are always met
