About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the team at a nursery based in High Wycombe, the salary is up

to £31,000 depending on experience, you will be working in a great team and will become a key part of the nursery’s

internal structure with the opportunity to strengthen both your leadership and management skills.

You will inspire children to grow happy, smart, and healthy and thrive as individuals. You will assist the Nursery

Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery. You will ensure that all children attending the nursery

receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
