About the Role

Join a well-regarded nursery in Tottenham, North London, as a Deputy Nursery Manager. This role is perfect for a motivated childcare professional eager to support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality care and education to around 21 children in a vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursery Manager with daily operational duties.
• Lead, support, and motivate the staff team.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Oversee planning and delivery of EYFS curriculum.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
• Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
