About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery setting in
Ealing. This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive early years environment, working closely with the
Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting and the delivery of high-quality care and
education. You will be: * Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery * Leading and
supporting staff within the room to maintain high standards of care and education * Deputising for the Nursery Manager
when required * Supporting planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework * Assisting with
