Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse

About the Role

To assist the ward Manager in maintaining the effective management of staff and resources in providing a high standard

of patient care and safety. In conjunction with the ward Manager, the Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse will be responsible for

providing clinical supervision and support to the unit team in the development of specialist skills. Please see attached
