About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse in the smooth and effective management of the ward. To provide leadership and
direction for staff within the ward/department to promote the delivery of safe and effective care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
* Develop good interpersonal relationships with patients, relatives and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
