About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will support the Sister/Charge Nurse in leading a team that demonstrates person-centred care, through
role modelling this approach to care in their own practice. In addition, the post holder will play a supportive role in
leading the development of GUM Clinic, setting and seeking opportunities for learning and development. Drawing on own
expertise, the post holder will disseminate expert evidence based knowledge and skills in order to continuously develop
