About the Role

We are currently seeking two motivated and experienced Band 6 Co-ordinators to lead the day-to-day operation of our

Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU).

Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience within an acute surgical setting. Two

positions are currently available hours are negotiable and can be discussed at interview.

SAU consists of a seated assessment area, two 7-bedded bays, and two side rooms. The unit plays a vital role in

supporting patient flow across the organisation by relieving pressure on the Emergency Department through Direct
