About the Role

This is a secondment of 12 months.

The post holder will work closely with and deputise for the ward manager in their absence. Be an active member of the

multi-disciplinary team, supervise, teach and instruct junior and Nursing Assistant/Activity Co-ordinators/STR Workers

in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.

Working independently, the post holder will be responsible for developing and coordinating the individual’s assessment

and subsequent care plan as agreed with the multi-disciplinary team.
