About the Role
The post holder will work without direct supervision and will take charge of the ward/ department in the absence of the
ward/ department manager and deputy, who holds continuing responsibility.
Key responsibilities will include the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, effective
leadership and staff management/development. The post holder will always work within the NMC’s Code of Professional
Conduct.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a band 6 nurse within the respiratory care group, on ward 6C
