Dermatology Unit Manager
About the Role
Oversee the daytoday running of Dermatology Outpatients, ensuring safe, effective, and patientcentred care. Manage
clinic capacity, patient flow, waiting lists, and staffing to meet service demand. Support dermatology pathways
including chronic skin conditions, urgent suspected skin cancer, patch testing, and biologics monitoring. Ensure
compliance with national guidelines, Trust policies, loneworking arrangements, and robust documentation standards.
Resolve operational issues promptly, including equipment faults, clinic readiness, and stock levels. Lead and contribute
to service development, pathway redesign, digital improvements, and qualityimprovement initiatives. Work collaboratively
