About the Role
The post holder is an experienced and competent healthcare professional who has continuous responsibility for the
leadership, education, and quality of the outpatient/dermatology team. They are responsible for achieving clinical
excellence in Dermatology through effective utilisation of the team, including appropriate allocation of work, efficient
use of resources, and the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and quality improvement projects.
The post holder will work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure safe,
