for a unique and rewarding role within a dedicated Alternative Provision in Southampton. If you're a Design & Technology

specialist who thrives on building relationships and using practical skills to re-engage students who struggle in

mainstream settings, we want to hear from you. Role: DT Teacher (Resistant Materials) Focus: KS3 & KS4 students with

SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs Start: Easter 2026 Contract: Full-time, long-term (with a clear path

to a permanent contract) Impact: Using woodworking, metalwork, and design to build confidence and vocational pathways
