Design Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Design Coordinator to join our Estates team. In this role, you’ll play a key

part in planning, designing, and delivering a wide range of estates projects — from feasibility through to construction.

You’ll work closely with internal colleagues, external design teams, and contractors to make sure our buildings and

spaces are well designed, technically sound, and aligned with our estate strategy, sustainability ambitions, and

regulatory requirements.
