About the Role
Kay reponsibilities: 1.To exercise a high degree of professional autonomy and make critical judgments. 2.To provide
clinical leadership of complex safeguarding cases, leading by example throughout the organisation and across other
health and social care providers. 3.To make decisions where precedents may not exist in relation to safeguarding
children and vulnerable adults, and to advise and support colleagues where standard protocols do not apply. 4.To draw on
advanced professional knowledge and exercise professional skills of the highest order. Provide expert clinical advice in
respect of complex individual cases and be a source of expert knowledge on all aspects of practice in relation to
