Developmental and Family Integrated Care Lead

About the Role

A Vacancy at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.

The post holder will be part of the Family Integrated Care (FIC) Team and will be specifically responsible for providing

clinical support and expertise within the Neonatal Unit in all aspects of family integrated care and developmental care.

The post holder will promote the evidence-based practice of the individualised partnership of parents and the wider

family into the neonatal unit and be responsible for the training and education of all health professionals and share

specialist knowledge with other groups and agencies. You will lead, implement and evaluate BLISS baby charter
