About the Role
The Care Assistant role focuses on maintaining residents' privacy, dignity, and respect while providing high-quality personal care. Participants will observe and assist nurses, ensuring a caring service and compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Observe and assist with personal care for residents.
- Support residents' nutritional, mobility, and continence needs.
- Encourage independence and participation in activities.
- Report unusual behavior or incidents to senior staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
Requirements
- Willingness to register with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
- Commitment to undertake mandatory healthcare training.
- Provide two suitable referees.
- Submit to an enhanced AccessNI disclosure check.

Compensation

This work experience opportunity is expected to last for 2 weeks, requiring attendance of 16 - 25 hours per week.
