About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Observe and assist with personal care for residents.
  • Support residents' nutritional, mobility, and continence needs.
  • Encourage independence and participation in activities.
  • Report unusual behavior or incidents to senior staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.

Requirements

  • Willingness to register with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
  • Commitment to undertake mandatory healthcare training.
  • Provide two suitable referees.
  • Submit to an enhanced AccessNI disclosure check.

Compensation

This work experience opportunity is expected to last for 2 weeks, requiring attendance of 16 - 25 hours per week.
