About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us at East Sussex NHS Trust to drive, champion, and defend gold standard

care for people with Diabetes and Endocrinology conditions. The post-holder will provide clinical, strategic, and

professional leadership for Diabetes and Endocrinology nursing, ensuring that the care delivered to all our patients is

safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive both now and in the future. The post-holder will be a source of

expertise and operate with a high degree of autonomy whilst also working closely and collaboratively with senior medical

and nursing colleagues.
