About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the diabetes team within the Diabetes and Endocrinology department.
The post is within the specialist diabetes nurse team for outpatient clinics to focus on people with diabetes that are
attending consultant clinics and require timely intervention and education to improve health outcomes. This role is
critical to support implementation of NICE TA Implementation of technology for people with type 1 diabetes and eligible
for insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring as part of HCL national drive. We currently have 290 patients on HCL
technology and anticipate this demand will increase Describe the key tasks the post undertakes within that service:
