About the Role
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Diabetes Hub.
This role is a specialist nurse caring for patients and their families who require diabetes supportive care. The post
will work collaboratively with multi-professional teams in Primary Care, Secondary Care, in the community and in all
care settings (including domiciliary visits) and applies research-based practice to achieve the optimum ‘best clinical
practice’ in diabetes care.
The post holder will act as a clinical leader for diabetes for health care workers, patients and their carers in all
