About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Diabetes Specialist Dietitian to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University
Hospital Trust.
The postholder would work within the diabetes multidisciplinary team being responsible for the dietetic management of
adult diabetes patients' ; working alongside 2 other WTE Diabetes Specialist Dietitians. The post holder will work
within outpatients, providing dietetic care via one-to-one clinics, MDT clinics and Type 1 diabetes group education.
Our multidisciplinary diabetes service includes the provision of Type 1 diabetes care. Multidisciplinary clinics
