About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join our small team of diabetes dietitians has arisen. You will be experienced in educating

patients who are managing their diabetes with a variety of insulin pumps and continuous blood glucose monitoring.

Working as part of a small team, liaising closely with our diabetes specialist nurses and endocrinology consultants to

provide a MDT approach to support and educate our patients, empowering them to self manage their diabetes.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of relevant clinical experience and able to demonstrate a real passion

for diabetes, and the management of diabetes with individual and group education and insulin pump therapy.
