About the Role

The post holder will lead the nursing diabetes team, and will possess enthusiasm and willingness to further develop

their knowledge and skill set, with a shared vision and desire to be involved in service development projects and

improve patient care.

You will have specific experience of clinical leadership, possess enthusiasm and determination to improve the quality of

patient centred care, service delivery and service team projects.

You will have experience of managing and developing a team, completing staff appraisals, sickness monitoring and roster
