As part of the exciting and innovative developments across Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, we are delighted to

offer a Band 6 vacancy for an enthusiastic and committed Diabetes Nurse Specialist to join our expanding team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our 7-day inpatient diabetes service, contributing

to the day-to-day clinical care, education, and support of patients with diabetes across our hospital sites. You will

work alongside a friendly, multidisciplinary team including consultants, dietitians, and other specialist nurses.
