An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the diabetes team at University Hospitals of Liverpool NHS Foundation Trust

based at Aintree Diabetes Centre

The Clinical Nurse Specialists are part of a larger multi-professional team of Diabetes and Endocrine Consultants,

Dietitians, Podiatrists, Psychologist and Admin team. This full time band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist role in Diabetes

will include community clinics, inpatient diabetes in-reach, and diabetes outpatient clinics. There will also be an

opportunity to support some of the speciality clinics.
