About the Role

We are recruiting a Band 7 Diabetes Clinical Specialist Nurse to join the Sefton Community Diabetes Team.

The post holder will be required to demonstrate a comprehensive and current knowledge base in all aspects of diabetes

management and promote excellence in nursing practice within a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.

As a senior clinician within the service, the post holder will:

• Act as an expert practitioner, providing advanced, evidence‑based assessment, treatment, and management for patients

with complex diabetes needs.
