About the Role
Diabetes Specialist Nurse (Band 7)
We have a fantasticopportunity available for a part time permanent position within our team.
The post holder will join our established multi-disciplinary specialist team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston
NHS Foundation Trust within our Weston campus.
The diabetes nursing team work 5 days a week to provide expert diabetes nursing care and to facilitate safe discharges,
with the expectation to start 6 days a week in the near future (including weekends).
