About the Role

culture. To provide ongoing advice, information and emotional support to clients with diabetes and their relatives and

carers. To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate educational needs and programmes for clients and their relatives/carers.

Initiate treatment for diabetes for those patients with poor glycaemic control under the guidance of the medical team,
