We have an exciting opportunity for both full-time and part-time registered nurses to join a team of dedicated Diabetes
Specialist Nurses in the Elsie Bertram Diabetes Centre, working across our 3 teams within the trust. At the EBDC, we
have a firmly established multi-professional approach to care delivery with both Consultant and Specialist Nurses
delivering patient clinics. We also work closely with GP surgeries within our Facilitator team in the community.
Our aim is to review and educate patients, families, and their carers in all aspects of their diabetes. We help support
