About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The postholder will assist in the ongoing development and provision of evidence based specialist Diabetes Nursing Care
for patients within the Trust. The postholder will assist in Nurse led Diabetes clinics, and will deliver Specialist
Diabetes Nursing Services as part of a multidisciplinary team, both of which will reflect research based standards for
the provision of the Diabetes nursing services, provide education and training for staff involved in the service, and
review the service using a rigorous audit structure. The postholder will also assist in the co-ordination of care
