About the Role
The post holder will be part of the MaternityDiabetes Specialist Service providing Diabetes Care and Management to
pregnant women /people and their family.
This is a dynamic post that requires the post holder to work closely with multi-disciplinary team in addressing a range
of care to women/people with Diabetes in pregnancy with special interest in Insulin Pump for Type 1 Diabetes and
Gestational Diabetes, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the health and wellbeing of women and
their babies.
