About the Role

As a Dialysis Clinic Manager, you will oversee clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall clinic operations and management.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment.
• Liaise with external organizations, including NHS Trusts.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives throughout the clinic.
• Onboard new team members effectively.
• Develop positive patient relationships and handle complaints.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance and policies.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC Pin.
• Previous clinical leadership experience in dialysis.
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Proactive and solution-oriented in clinical settings.
• Exceptional organizational skills for clinic management.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development in Renal Care.

Location & Schedule
