About the Role
Service & Operational Management Manage daytoday dialysis service operations, including staffing, scheduling, equipment,
and supply procurement Liaise with Procurement & Contract team for efficient, costeffective purchasing Coordinate with
multidisciplinary medical teams to optimise care delivery and maximise patient dialysis sessions Participate in monthly
budget reviews with the Business Manager Control costs through efficient resource use Ensure overtime and bank usage
requests are appropriate and policycompliant Maintain effective consumables stock control Submit accurate and timely
financial activity data: Patient activity data Staff payroll data Personal expense reports Promote and maintain
