About the Role

Job Summary The Digital and Data Officer will support the digital and transformation lead in delivering digital

implementation, social media, web and data quality initiatives across the 13 GP practices of Greater Derby and Oakdale

Park PCNs and their collaborative Partners. The role will also include responsibility for supporting the ongoing

maintenance and development of systems configuration, cloud based reporting and data analysis to support the operational

clinical delivery arm of Primary Healthcare Derby. We will develop the successful candidate in accessing the tools,

training, and support to adopt digital solutions, maintain high data standards, and comply with NHS information
