About the Role

The Digital Innovations Manager leads the design, development and delivery of complex technical innovation projects

across the Trust, providing specialist technical expertise and strategic guidance to support digital transformation. The

role requires the ability to evaluate emerging technologies, manage multi‑disciplinary technical teams, and influence

senior stakeholders while ensuring alignment with digital strategy and infrastructure standards. The postholder also

oversees programming, cloud development, and integration activities, ensuring new solutions are safe, effective, and

scalable.
