About the Role

As the Midwife Lead, you will manage and oversee the Maternity Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, ensuring its

effective operation, sustainability, and ongoing development. You will lead service delivery, support colleagues, and

provide expert guidance to optimise the use of the system across the Trust.

You will deliver user training, system enhancements, and configuration changes, ensuring the clinical record meets the

highest standards. Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert advice on system

functionality, integration with other health solutions, and the implementation of best practice.
