About the Role

The aim of this role is to support in daily digital work with a focus on delivering a major system replacement programme

within maternity. Working closely with the digital transformation lead midwife and the project manager within IT to

ensure both clinical and technical needs are met.

The Digital Midwife is a registered midwife with specialist knowledge of digital systems and information technology in

maternity services. This role supports the safe and effective use of digital technology to enhance clinical practice,

improve service delivery, and support ongoing digital transformation across maternity and neonatal care.
