About the Role

25 hours average per week,
Our Digital Client Care Assistants (Digi CCAs) are fundamental to the delivery of our digital triage service. They
support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet and assist with appointments, referrals, and product
requests. They work closely with our clinical team and Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses to ensure an exceptional
client experience and a high standard of patient care. You’ll be part of building a cutting-edge service that supports
