About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Director of Colleges and Facilities to join our team at

NPTC Group of Colleges. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and continuous

improvement of our college sites and estates. This role demands a strong leader with proven expertise in facilities

management, estate management and stakeholder engagement.Management Scale, Points 5-8, £56,899 - £61,834 per annum.Full

time, permanent.37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).NPTC Group of Colleges -

To be based at Neath College. About you: Our ideal candidate will have a level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline
