About the Role

Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Learning Director

to lead and further develop our Early Years Centres across the Group of schools

This role is a key leadership position within the school, responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and

well-being outcomes for children in the Early Years. The Early Years Learning Director works closely with the Campus

Principal, Assistant Principal, and VISS Group leadership to deliver a developmentally appropriate and inclusive Early

Years program
