About the Role

Key Responsibilities:The Director of Involvement will provide leadership and expert advice to all staff on matters

relatedto coproduction. The post holder will: Hold responsibility for ensuring high quality delivery of the Involvement

agenda through:o Reviewing, implementing and evaluating the Involvement Strategyo Ensuring the strategy remains in line

with the Trust overall strategy and valueso Collaborating with patients to ensure the safe delivery of serviceso Holding

responsibility for the professional running of the Involvement Teamo Creating structure whereby feedback is encouraged

and welcomedo Reviewing, evaluating and adapting mechanisms of obtaining feedback fromcommunities served by NELFT Hold
