About the Role

The Royal Free London Group is looking to recruit an experienced, resourceful, dynamic and compassionate Director of

Nursing to join our Local Executive Team at Royal Free Hospital as part of the Royal Free London Group.

Reporting to the hospital unit Chief Executive Officer, with a professional accountability to the Group Chief Nursing

Officer, the post holder will be a core member of the health unit’s leadership team and will provide leadership to the

associated nursing and Allied Health Professional (AHP) workforce by shaping a culture of continuous improvement.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the health unit’s standards of nursing, care to ensure excellent patient care
