Pattern is seeking a Director of Partnerships for EMEA to drive strategic partner relationships and accelerate growth. This senior-level role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate measurable pipeline and enhance brand presence across Europe. Responsibilities
- Drive partner strategy across EMEA, identifying and managing referral partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on target accounts and co-selling.
- Host meetings with partners to uncover opportunities and maintain engagement.
- Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and performance metrics.
- Develop tailored messaging and activation plans for partners.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record in executing partner strategies that drive sales.
- Strong understanding of the European e-commerce landscape.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to manage forecasts and metrics.
